Spring 2022 - Preparing the Future - Interprofessional Education Program

In Preparing the Future (PTF),  HIV is the driver for IPE Core Competencies.  Interprofessional education enables health profession students to work together to provide care that is: better quality, more efficient and allows for a safer healthcare system.  Therefore improving patient outcomes and better population health outcomes. The core competencies were developed by an expert panel of 6 health professions.  

Important note: These events are a mix of in-person and virtual. In-person events are for students of the Preparing the Future program only. Virtual events are open to all.

  • (VIRTUAL)Thursday, February 3rd, 2022 from 12:00pm - 3:00pm ET - PTF: HIV 101 Through An Interprofessional Lens. 

  • (In-person)Wednesday February 9th, 2022 from 2:00pm - 5:00pm ET - PTF: HIV 101 Through An Interprofessional Lens.
