The coronavirus disease of 2019 (COVID-19) affected billions of people across the globe. In May 2023, countries across the world reported over 767 million COVID-19 cases; and in the United States, over 104 million with 1.1 million deaths. Some people diagnosed with COVID-19 have reported long-term effects that can last weeks, months or even years, known as Long COVID. People with HIV are more likely to experience Long COVID symptoms. This presentation will review the intersection of HIV, Long COVID and its associated mental health symptoms, and introduce evidence-based treatment resources.

• Describe risk factors of "Long COVID" in persons with HIV.
• Recognize mental health sequelae of Long COVID and implications for intervention.
• Identify evidence-based resources for mental health treatment and support services.
