This is an event in the MidAtlantic AETC's summer virtual event series focusing on the LGBTQIA+ communities. These 90 minute zoom sessions on Wednesdays in June, July, and August will explore provider self-care, trauma, stigma, HIV, and race in LGBTQIA+ communities and LGBTQIA+ identifying healthcare professionals. Objectives

By the end of this event, participants will be able to:

• Engage in critical thinking about personal biases regarding marginalized populations
• Discuss HIV risks and current challenges along the HIV care continuum for transgender individuals
• Describe ways to decrease stigma and discrimination of transgender individuals
