This training program will provide HIV training and related topics for first responders.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES:
- Explain HIV transmission, symptoms and stages of disease process
- Discuss HIV Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP) as a prevention tool
- Describe the basics of PrEP in a health care setting
Participants will receive a certificate of attendance upon completion of the post-training evaluation.

Intended Audience
The training is designed for EMS and first responders in Pennsylvania. Interested EMS workers in other states are also welcome to attend but will only be able to receive a certificate of attendance.
