This 1 hour interactive training will discuss Motivational Interviewing strategies and the stages of change for special populations and people with HIV.
Objectives:
- Identify processes to engage clients/patients with HIV to move towards change
- Describe the stages of change (precontemplation, contemplation, preparation, action, maintenance) in the adoption of healthy behaviors
