Technical assistance given to DE HIV Planning Council. All sub-committees of DE HIV Planning Council gave updates. Testing and linkage to care prevention needs survey reviewed with committee. Testing and Linkage to care committee has partnered with the DE University to get an IRB for survey. Goal to distribute survey is June 1st.
