Course Description: Foundations of Case Management is a course designed for all new Medical and Non-Medical Case Managers in Virginia. Completion of this course satisfies the VDH Ryan White Case Management Standards of Services requirements for all first year case managers for training in "Basic Case Management Concepts, Principles, and/or practice; client-centered model of case management." (Standards, page 25)

- Boundaries and Ethics
Please note: This course does not cover Virginia Ryan White Case Management Standards itself (i.e. assessment, acuity, services planning, etc.) That information is covered in Ryan White Case Management Part B Standards course.
