HIV Case Management Coordination Project: Motivational Interviewing

Description

This training will delve into the origins, guiding principles and the spirit of Motivational Interviewing. There will be many opportunities for new MCMs to practice Motivational Interviewing skills, assessing for readiness for change and eliciting change talk.

This is a six hour course (3 hours each day) and it is imperative that case managers and supervisors attend each of the training days. If you have extenuating circumstances regarding your attendance, please contact Dena Solomon, Division of HIV Health, at (215) 685-5248.
