Students may be eligible for Poster Submission and Registration fee waivers. Please contact the MidAtlantic AETC at maaetc@pitt.edu or 412-624-1895 for more information on scholarships or group pay procedures. Our office is at A226 Public Health, University of Pittsburgh for in-person inquiries.
Please note that room temperatures can vary greatly this time of year, and dress accordingly.
Participation by all individuals is encouraged. Advance notification of any special needs will help us provide better service. Please notify us of your needs at least two weeks in advance of the program by calling 412-624-1895 or emailing maaetc@pitt.edu.
