Part A: MAAETC engages with the three Eligible Metropolitan Areas (EMAs) in the region, participates in planning councils, and addresses unmet community needs to improve care and prevention efforts.

Part B: MAAETC collaborates with state-level planning bodies, focusing on training, information sharing, and capacity building, particularly in support of ADAP programs and emerging communities.

Part C: MAAETC collaborates closely with Early Intervention Services (EIS) and Capacity Development programs through a long-standing partnership to tailor training approaches.

Part D: MAAETC prioritizes programs focused on women, youth, children, and families, addressing issues such as perinatal care, adolescent health, and prevention of vertical transmission.
