Description:This virtual extensive three day CME /CNE HIV clinical training program consists of two didactic days on Monday and Tuesday and one clinical training day on December 11, 2020
On the first two days, expert faculty discuss cutting-edge topics such as outpatient management, antiretroviral use, clinical use of resistance assays, co-morbidities including Hepatitis C and STIs, management of women, perinatal transmission, psychosocial, substance use and legal issues.
The thrid day will be virtual on Friday December 11, 2020 from 1 pm to 5 pm. Virtual clinical day will be a case discussion with 2-3 HIV expert faculty with active participant discussion. If you have questions contact Susan Thompson, 267.847.6396, sthompson@healthfederation.org
The target audience is physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, pharmacists, nurses and dentists. This course is designed for clinicians who are providing or plan to provide HIV care. Continuing Medical Education credits are offered. This course is limited to 6-8 participants.
