This is the third webinar in a six-part series dedicated to HIV testing and counseling for healthcare workers in the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections.

Objectives

By the end of this event, participants will be able to:

Discuss the importance of HIV testing in reducing HIV transmission
Describe when persons should be offered HIV testing
Discuss the role of patient education for behavior change
Discuss pre-test content in HIV testing in Pennsylvania
