The goal of this conference is to present topics focused on fostering a greater understanding of the EHE initiative and the HIV care continuum, including but not limited to, increasing awareness about HIV and the steps involved in care, improving access to care, and addressing stigma. We also want to reignite the importance of working together as we support people through care.
Objectives of the conference:
- Understand what the EHE initiative and HIV care continuum are, what each step is, and hopes of hearing from as many areas of service and different disciplines as possible.
- Recognize and minimize barriers to care such as loosing people to care and reaching viral suppression. In addition, walk away with promising practices.
- Consider your role in creating a collaborative service delivery team.
