Dr. Linda Frank, Professor of Public Health,Medicine, and Nursing and PI and Excecutive Director of the MAAETC, spoke on campus at the University of Pittsburgh Titusville this Thursday, November 30th, 2017. Her presentation discussed the current substance abuse epidemic as it relates to opioid use and infectious diseases.
